The 3 S package (Security, Serenity, Support) includes: the permanent presence of competent staff to respond to help and assistance situations via the emergency call bracelet, the coordination of your service requests, appointment scheduling, organizing your transportation needs, delivering your medications, providing our handyman with small jobs, and administrative support (setting up your APA file, helping with tax returns, etc.).

Safety and comfort packages

The 3S package (Safety, Serenity, Support) includes Bleu Résidence Lormont staff ensuring a 24/7 presence, they can be reached by phone using your emergency call bracelet and carry out home visits as needed. For the safety of residents, a remote monitoring system, with cameras and automatic door closing, is operational. You can benefit from help with access to care by making appointments with doctors and laboratories or collecting drugs from pharmacies.

Security system

Interior and exterior video surveillance cameras secure our entire residence. The entrance doors are closed by an automatic system and operated by staff according to schedules.
